What forms of payment do you accept?

What types of shipping do you offer?

Do I need a prescription to order from
Yes! Contact lenses are a prescription item, and you need a prescription to order them. Without a valid contact lens prescription, we cannot fill your order. But once you have a copy of your prescription, we can move forward on replacing your lenses right away.
Is my prescription still valid?
Contact lens prescriptions are typically valid for one year; however it might depend on the laws of your state. How does verify my contact lens prescription?
Once you place an order with us, we assign a customer care specialist specifically to your order. Often times eye care professionals will request we fax them a copy of the order. Once your prescription is verified, a process that should take less than 24 hours, assuming the eye care professional responds quickly to us, we will fulfill your orders and send the lenses on their way to you.
What if the lenses you receive do not match your prescription? strictly adheres to Federal Laws that require that we fill your order correctly. If for some reason the lenses you receive are not the ones recommended by your eye care professional, we will replace the order with the correct lenses immediately.
How do I interpret my contact lens prescription?
While your prescription might seem like a fairly random group of letter and numbers, each element directly corresponds to specific points in your eye and the measurements your doctor took of your eyes. Is there a difference between the lenses I receive from and the lenses I purchase from my eye care professional?

Why do you need my eye care professional’s contact information?
In order to fill your order, we must first verify your contact lens prescriptions with your eye doctor. Without verification, we will be unable to process your order.

Do you have a return or exchange policy?
Unopened boxes of lenses can be returned within the first 30 days. Unfortunately, if the boxes/vials have been opened or altered in any way, will be unable to accept returns of these lenses. Be sure to carefully inspect your lenses when they first arrive to avoid any difficulties!

Why can’t I return opened contact lenses?
Unfortunately FDA regulations declare contact lenses to be medical devices that cannot be exchanged or resold once they are opened. Be sure to examine your lenses carefully when your order first arrives to avoid any problems.

Yes! In fact, faxing & emailing your prescription will speed up your order being processed & eliminate us from contacting your eye doctor. It states that your eye care professional is required by law to provide you with a copy of your prescription after your examination and contact lens fitting.
